API key roles

There are four roles a key might have. The roles describe permissions a key holder has.

1. Owner
2. Manager
3. Billing
4. Monitor

Owner

The owner can do anything with the account: create invoices and withdrawal requests, invite resellers (if independent) change settings, issue new keys, invalidate existing keys etc.

Manager

The manager can create invoices and withdrawal requests but can't change settings, invite resellers or manage API keys

Billing

The billing key allows to create invoices, but can't create withdrawal requests or do anything else.

Monitor

View-only key. The monitor can access merchant's balance, view invoices, withdrawals etc, but can't change anything.
