Resellers introduction

Resellers are non-independent merchants, invited by an independent merchant.

The invitor can configure a rebate rate and receives a percentage of invoice fees from reseller.

Let's say a merchant receives payment of $10000. With invoice fee of 0.35% that yields

$10000 * 0.0035 = $35 of fees to Thai Digital Wallet service.

If the merchant is a reseller and rebate is configured as 30% then the $35 fee is split:

$35 * (1 - 0.3) = $24.5 goes to Thai Digital Wallet and $35 * 0.3 = 10.5 goes to the invitor. Reseller pays no additional fees, all rebates are compensated by Thai Digital Wallet
